New tourist apartments in the heart of Riva del Garda
The RivAntica complex is the result of the complete renovation of an ancient medieval building and it is made up of three tourist apartments plunged in the authentic atmosphere of Riva del Garda old town, overlooking the historical Via Fiume, with its local restaurants, cafés and little shops, as well as centre of the town’s tourist life.
Size and comfort make the three apartments of the RivAntica complex stand out. All of them are cosy, comfortable, with plenty of natural day light from the large windows and the beds are already provided with linen/sheets, pillows and covers. They have a fully equipped kitchenette and private en-suite bathroom with hand soap and towels.
La Torre Apponale
The apartment is 65 square metres and consists of two bedrooms, a private bathroom with shower, storage closet, living room with kitchenette, kitchen table and chairs and a sofa bed.
The décor reflects the shades of wood and the lilac of cyclamens and bougainvilleas which crowd the lakeshores in the different seasons.
A large double bedroom with queen-sized bed, a second bedroom with two single beds or queen-sized bed, a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room (maximum 6 people).

This loft apartment with wooden-beamed ceiling is 50 square metres and consists of one wide bright open space which includes a queen-sized wrought iron bed, a comfortable sofa and a detached living room with kitchenette, kitchen table and chairs, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, storage closet and private stairway entrance. The décor reflects the shades of wood and purple lake sunsets.

The building is 50 metres from the lake and Piazza III Novembre, the central square of Riva del Garda with its imposing clock tower Torre Apponale and ferry boats. It is about 200 metres from the most popular beaches easily reached on foot or by bike.
It is also an excellent starting point for excursions of any type, from simple hiking to challenging trekking. Cycle and mountain-bike paths are at your fingertips as well as some of the most famous sights and lakeside resorts around the lake.
Direct access to the apartments is from Via Sottoportico Marocco, guaranteeing convenience and tranquillity to your stay.
A nearby parking garage is available at a price of 8€ per day. Parking areas are limited so guests are suggested to book in advance.
