Il complesso RivAntica è stato ricavato dalla totale ristrutturazione di un antico palazzo ed è composto da tre appartamenti turistici immersi nell’atmosfera del più autentico centro storico di Riva del Garda, affacciati sulla caratteristica via Fiume, oggi centro pulsante della vita turistica.

Appartamento di 65 mq che si compone di due camere da letto, bagno privato, ripostiglio, zona giorno con angolo cottura, tavolo da pranzo, divano letto matrimoniale.
La stanza è ispirata alle tinte del legno e del viola dei ciclamini e delle buganvillea che popolano le sponde del lago nelle diverse stagioni. Un’ampia camera con letto matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli o letto matrimoniale, comodo divano letto matrimoniale in zona giorno (massimo 6 persone).

La superficie dell’appartamento è di 65 mq e si compone di due camere da letto, bagno privato, ripostiglio, zona giorno con angolo cottura, tavolo da pranzo, divano letto matrimoniale.
La stanza è ispirata alle tinte del legno e dell’azzurro turchese delle acque del lago.

Appartamento mansardato con travi a vista di 50 mq, composti da un elegante e luminoso open space che include il letto matrimoniale in ferro battuto, un comodo divano e la zona giorno separata con angolo cottura e tavolo da pranzo, una camera doppia, bagno privato, ripostiglio e scala di accesso con disbrigo.
La stanza è ispirata alle tinte del porpora dei tramonti sul lago. Letto matrimoniale in open space, due letti singoli o letto matrimonial (massimo 4 persone).

La struttura dista 50 metri dal lago e da Piazza III Novembre con la sua Torre Apponale, circa 200 metri dalle spiagge più frequentate, comodamente raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata o in bicicletta.
E' un’ottima base per intraprendere escursioni più o meno lunghe ed impegnative sui svariati percorsi ciclopedonali o trekking per cui l’Alto Garda è famoso o in auto verso i centri di interesse circostanti.
L’accesso diretto agli appartamenti si ha da via Sottoportico Marocco che garantisce intimità e tranquillità al vostro soggiorno.

Es ist eine perfekte Ausgangsposition für mehr oder weniger lange und anspruchsvolle Ausflüge auf den vielen Wander- und Fahrradwegen oder für die Trekking-Touren, die den Garda Trentino berühmt gemacht haben oder für Ausflüge mit dem Auto zu den umliegenden Ortschaften.

New tourist apartments in the heart of Riva del Garda
The RivAntica complex is the result of the complete renovation of an ancient medieval building and it is made up of three tourist apartments plunged in the authentic atmosphere of Riva del Garda old town, overlooking the historical Via Fiume, with its local restaurants, cafés and little shops, as well as centre of the town’s tourist life.
Size and comfort make the three apartments of the RivAntica complex stand out. All of them are cosy, comfortable, with plenty of natural day light from the large windows and the beds are already provided with linen/sheets, pillows and covers. They have a fully equipped kitchenette and private en-suite bathroom with hand soap and towels.

The décor reflects the shades of wood and the lilac of cyclamens and bougainvilleas which crowd the lakeshores in the different seasons.

The building is 50 metres from the lake and Piazza III Novembre, the central square of Riva del Garda with its imposing clock tower Torre Apponale and ferry boats. It is about 200 metres from the most popular beaches easily reached on foot or by bike.
It is also an excellent starting point for excursions of any type, from simple hiking to challenging trekking. Cycle and mountain-bike paths are at your fingertips as well as some of the most famous sights and lakeside resorts around the lake.
Direct access to the apartments is from Via Sottoportico Marocco, guaranteeing convenience and tranquillity to your stay.
A nearby parking garage is available at a price of 8€ per day. Parking areas are limited so guests are suggested to book in advance.
